These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zraby platform operated by Fewa Technologies (“Fewa”, “we”, “us”), including the Zraby website, the Zraby customer app, and the Zraby Seller app (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

2. Using the marketplace (buyers)

Products on Zraby are sold by independent stores. Prices, availability, and product details are set by the seller.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed when accepted by the seller.
Delivery, returns, and refunds are handled according to the seller’s policy and applicable law.

3. Selling on Zraby (sellers)

You are responsible for your store, listings, pricing, stock accuracy, and fulfilling confirmed orders promptly.
You must have the right to sell your products and to use any images, video, and audio you upload.
Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or illegal items are not allowed.
Customer information you access to fulfil orders may be used only for that purpose.

4. Payments & payouts

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Seller payouts are subject to applicable fees and schedules. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your transactions.

5. Live streaming, reels & user content

Content you broadcast or upload (including live video, audio, reels, images, and reviews) must comply with our community standards and applicable law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, infringing others’ rights, posting unlawful or harmful content, or engaging in fraud or abuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Zraby name, logo, apps, and platform are owned by Fewa Technologies and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms users or the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fewa Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
